'The Anatomy Lesson' - Redux!

Ram V. and Mike Perkins circle back from the past into the future with this brilliant parallel story featuring the Future State Swamp Thing(Levi Kamei) explaining to readers how he forms his organs. Ram's dialogue is superb and reminiscent of Alan Moore's, without seeming like a cheap imitation and as you can see on all these pages, Perkins' illustrative approach is magical and a perfect match for the prose!

Note: After some late story changes were made, Perkins was required to change some elements of this double page spread. Rather than use whiteout and redrawing over that, he instead chose to preserve the original art than needed to be changed by drawing the changes on another board and cutting and pasting them (with safe Blu-Tak)over the originally drawn elements.
